 LY. Seating is limited so please do not arrive with an entourage. \nCELL P
 HONES. Please set phones to vibrate. If you need to take a call during the
  session\, please step outside to do so. \nEATING\, DRINKING. Please do no
 t bring loud or smelly food that might cause a distraction while consuming
 . \nNO SHOWS. Signing up for the session and then not showing up is frowne
 d upon. It is at the Club Leadership's discretion as to whether the no sho
 w individual will be able to reschedule without paying the fee a second ti
 me.\nDECORUM. Please do not show up wearing pajamas\, sweats or blankets. 
 Street clothes are the standard here. Showing up with an odor of marijuana
  or alcohol will not be tolerated. We make no judgements what you do elsew
